Food For Thought was born out of the radio studio in Bath, NY at Family Life Network. As their chef, I was continually striving to bring a healthier fare to the staff and those joining us for our many dinner concerts and theaters. The news director, Bob Price, had a heart to bring his listeners practical information that would give the meat and potatoes of nutrition and healthy living! There are so many contradictions out there that have caused confusion, health loss and cost people mega dollars! Our job, yours and mine, is to look at each individual and find what is best for you and your family. We will develop a plan that uses your dollars wisely and saves you big money down the road as we daily improve and build your immune system to fight plethora of diseases and toxins.
NUTRITIONAL COUNSELING
Health & Body
I have two tests that you can take to pinpoint deficiencies and problem areas, such as metal overload, Candida, Thyroid issues and Adrenal stress.
We will look into whole food supplements and detoxes to strengthen your immune system so your body can get back into winning the battle! Call or email with any questions, you can also go to the nutritional profile test page and answer the questions to start the process.
